We at Ocean Breeze check every product before sending it to our customers still if there is any problem kindly contact us immediately. Products can only be cancelled if it has manufacturing defects only within 2 days of receiving. The opening video of every product is mandatory along with the shipping label and in the sealed packaging of the parcel sent by us; without cutting and pause of the video.
