We at Ocean breeze check every product before sending it to our customers still if there is any problem kindly contact us immediately. Products are only returnable or refind will be initiated if it has manufacturing defects only within 2 days of receiving. The opening video of every product is mandatory along with the shipping label and in the sealed packaging of the parcel sent by us; without cut and pause of the video.
