If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
We at Ocean Breeze check every product before sending it to our customers still if there is any problem kindly contact us immediately. Products are only returnable or a refund will be initiated if it has manufacturing defects only within 2 days of receiving. The opening video of every product is mandatory along with the shipping label and in the sealed packaging of the parcel sent by us; without cutting and pause of the video.
The refund mode will be through UPI or Net Banking and it will be processed within 24 to 48 working hours after receiving the refund request.
